Next meeting is Monday, September 9th at 7:15 PM.  Wear your Class A uniform and bring your scout book.  Meeting topics include:

• Meal planning for Fort Ransom campout including 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 1 dinner.
• Sign-up for Fort Ransom campout.  If you cannot attend the meeting, but plan to attend the campout, please email, text or call Alan so we have final numbers for meal counts.  
• Sign-up for Camp Wilderness campout.  Ryan will have additional information at the meeting:

Next troop meeting is Thursday, August 29 at 7:15 PM. Agenda includes:

• Election for youth leadership positions, so please attend if you're interested in leadership positions.  
• Complete any pending bookwork you have.
• Boys troop will look at forming new patrols to more evenly divide current scouts.
• Ordering new Class B T-shirts and will vote on the color tomorrow night.
• Planning September meetings.
• Wear your Class A uniform and bring your scout book.

Thanks to everyone that attended the celebration for Ken and Karlene last Thursday.  It was a successful event with lots of people in attendance.

Upcoming events:

Meeting this week will be at Trefoil Park in Fargo at 7:15 PM to learn some Orienteering and do some Geocaching.  Address is 321 Elm St N, Fargo, ND.  Bring a compass if you have one - if not, Ryan has extras for everyone.  Bring your phone as well to help with geocaching. 

The next Troop meeting is Monday, August 5 from 7:15 to 8:15 PM.  Be there early if you need signoff on advancements or are in need of a scout conference.  Wear your Class A uniform and bring your scoutbook.  At the meeting, we will be planning meals and activities for the troop campout behind the tree hut, which is scheduled for Friday, August 9.  This is a great opportunity to earn camping nights, meet cooking requirements and have fun!  

7/29: Troop 214 has been invited to Troop 203's closing party at 7:00 at Trollwood Park in North Fargo. Pizza and soda will be provided and scouts can bring deserts if they wish. Text Alan at (701) 361-7521 if you want to attend so that they know how much pizza to order. It would be great to have as many scouts attend as possible, as Troop 203 will be joining our troop in the near future.
